Important details

• You are always welcome - we are looking forward to welcoming you from 3 p.m. on, early arrivals are also possible.
• saying goodbye – we kindly ask you to check out until 11 a.m.
• dogs and the bear – we charge EUR 15.00 for your dog per day (without food). Dogs are not allowed at the restaurant and the wellness area!
• fresh air – not only within the nature of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range but also in our restaurant and all rooms, because this is a no smoking area. You are welcome to enjoy  your cigars or cigarettes at our bar.
• bears short break - if you are short of time.  For short breaks with a minimum stay of 2 nights there is a small surcharge of EUR 15.00 a day per person (apart from special offers).
• cancellations – can also happen. If so the Austrian terms of cancellation for hotel contract conditions are valid– apart from special offers.
• advance payment – for a confirmation of you reservation we kindly ask you to make an advance deposit of 20%. To come off best you pay via credit card or bank transfer ( bank account details according to the imprint).
• means of payment – cash, Visa, MasterCard and EC-card (Maestro)
