ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
We look forward to welcoming you from 3.00 p.m., and earlier too of course. Please vacate your room by 11.00 a.m.

CLEAR AIR QUALITY
Not only in the natural surroundings of the Wilder Kaiser, but in our restaurant area, at the bar and in all rooms too. Since smoking is not permitted there. You may enjoy your cigarettes or cigars in our outdoor lounge (heated in winter).

SAUNA & RELAXATION ROOM
Teenagers over the age of 16 are welcome in the sauna. We regret that children are not permittes in the relaxation room.

SHORT STAY
When you don't have much time. For short stays of up to 2 nights, there is a surcharge of € 15.– per person and day (excludes special promotions). On specific holidays the supplement may be charged also for stays up to 3 nights.

CHILDREN'S DISCOUNTS
- Children aged between 0 and 6 get to stay for free.
- Children aged from 7 to 10: € 80.– Set price per child and day
- Children aged between 11 and 14: € 100.– set price per day.

Children's discounts apply to two children staying in their parents' suite.
(Three person occupancy in a double room is not recommended.)

REGULARS DISCOUNT
Loyalty pays – and third time is lucky! From your 3rd stay in Hotel der Bär onwards, you receive a discount of Euro 10,00 per person, per night for stays of one week and longer. Valid in the low season (Does not apply to package offers and other discounted prices).

YOUNG GUESTS DISCOUNT
Young guests under the age of 30 can benefit from our Young People Discount of 30% on room prices! Valid in the pre/after season of winter and summer, minimum stay 4 nights

CANCELLATION
May also happen. In that case cancellation conditions in the General Terms & Conditions of the Hotel sector (AGBH) apply – excludes special promotions. Flexible cancellation terms in case of travel restricitons due to COVID-19 available.
