Booking & arrival
- In order to be able to grant you more flexibility and security, we have adapted our cancellation guidelines for you:
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival (except X-mas and New Year) - you will find terms of cancellation on your booking confirmation.
- Free cancellation up to the day of arrival when the border closes, entry ban into the Wilder Kaiser region or exit ban from the home community
- Better safe than sorry! During these difficult times, travel insurance can be very helpful. The Europäische Reiseversicherung also offers cancellation cover for Covid-19 illness. You can read more information below.
- Money-back guarantee: In the case of free cancellations, you will be reimbursed the deposit or, if you wish, the payment will be held until your next visit
Check In
- At the reception we always make sure that the specified minimum distance is kept. In order to avoid waiting times and crowds at the reception, we ask our guests to provide all information needed for the check-in via email or phone call prior to arrival.
- Proof according to the 3-G-rule (vaccinated - recovered - tested)
General information
- We kindly ask our guests to wear a mouth-nose-protection in public areas.
- Disinfectant dispensers are available at all entrances in the hotel area.
Wellness
- Our bath house with the infinity indoor and outdoor pool, as well as our saunas, can be accessed freely. In the 80-90 °C saunas you can sweat carefree on the top floor. A sauna session in our smallest sauna, the Brechlbad, is possible with prior registration at our reception.
- You can enjoy a range of massage and cosmetic treatments as usual in compliance with the new hygiene and safety regulations. Our spa staff also wears mouth and nose protection.
- Our spacious relaxation and lounging area invites you to relax and linger with enough space.
Cuisine
- You will be brought to the table by our service team for both breakfast and dinner.
- We continue to offer a varied and creative dinner. As usual, our service staff will serve you regional and international dishes.
