Whether it is to balance out a stressful working day, specific training for an event or just to enjoy exercise: in the Hotel Der Bär you will stay fit all-round. In our light floated fitness room you get to hone your fitness, strength and endurance with the latest training and cardio equipment. For example on the rowing machine, the stepper, indoor bike or the multi-trainer.

As a Tyrolean hiking guide, Sonja will be happy to show you our beautiful nature. She walks with you on well-groomed hiking trails (in summer) or with snowshoes through quiet forests and snow-covered meadows (in winter).

Snowshoeing:
A unique opportunity to get to know this quiet way of moving and to explore new paths in the silence of the snow-covered landscape. Also ideal for beginners and all those curious.

Guided hikes take place weekly (summer and winter)
Duration: approx. 4 hours
Requirements: easy to moderate.

Relaxed and fit for the day - morning yoga

every Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. in our fitness room or if the weather is good on our new pool deck by the outdoor pool - information for the current program is available at the hotel reception.
